Facilities

Available facilities include the 20,000 sq. ft. (100' by 200') lighted indoor arena, the lower arena (100' by 200'), the 20 x 40 meter dressage arena, and the upper arena (150' by 200'). Full courses of beautiful, new jumps are available and a cross-country course will be available soon. Galloping lanes separate most of the twenty (20) pastures and are available for riding. Miles of trails in the woods fill the back of the farm and riders are allowed to ride on adjacent neighboring properties.

The farm includes five (5) staff residential homes thereby assuring that a member of the Sunset Hill staff will be on-site at all times to assure the safety of our horses and their owners. All farm activities are monitored by our staff 24 hours, 365 days each year.

Trailer parking is available near the Upper Barn. At the top of the property is the bedding and equipment building. The Bank Barn also houses an equipment area. Next to the Stallion and Bank Barns is the farm office. In the center of the property is a large pond and recreational area. The pastures for turn-out are fenced with Kentucky-style four-rail fencing, have year-round automatic waterering systems, and are on a professional field-management plan.
